TOPIC: Cost Management and Stakeholder - Charter signing Question

Good evening,

I am completing my review of the workbooks for the 2 day seminar and encountered quiz responses that were unclear. I need clarification on the following please:

#5: appears to have an error in the calculation that uses 100 windows being complete when 160 windows are complete. The 40% is correct; the 100 appears to be wrong based on the question. Kindly confirm and/or explain.

#6: I am unclear why the solution uses the new cost of $125,000 at the EAC. I did not see any clues in the question.

Stakeholder question: Why is senior management responsible for signing the charter ref: 5th edition. PMBOK says it is the sponsor.
