I purchased the PrepCast, but have only received login information for the simulator.
I submitted a ticket yesterday, #86471, but have not received a response. I have checked my spam and it is not there. I would really like to start studying and I am very frustrated.
My apologies. Our support staff receives over 100 support requests per day (lost passwords, typos in names and email addresses, refund requests, access issues, etc.) and they are answering them as fast as they can in the order received.
