I am having the same issue. I purchased a 60-day extension, I can log in but have no access to exams. They are not even listed for me to select and run. I am concerned about overall support for the products. Ticket numbers (#87717) & (#87732).
I purchased access to the simulator yesterday but still have no access. I've got several days to get ready but looks like I can't and have to search for other options. There are 2 tickets submitted to helpDesk: #85851 and #85872 but there are no updates. I'm really concerned and feeling nervous.
