Harry Elston	ProjectMgr2020: Fast tracking is a schedule compression technique where activities normally performed sequentially are performed in parallel. It may or may not impact the critical path. The way to tell is to re-diagram the project with the fast tracking implemented to see the impact on the critical path. Best, Harry
