What happens to critical path when we try to fast-track - will the critical path change - will the critical path duration change.

Fast tracking is a schedule compression technique where activities normally performed sequentially are performed in parallel. It may or may not impact the critical path. The way to tell is to re-diagram the project with the fast tracking implemented to see the impact on the critical path.
