A project manager is ready to start a new project that has a clearly defined scope, assumptions and constraints. What should the project manager do to ensure that all key stakeholders have a common understanding of the project's scope and deliverable?

1. Send Weekly project status report
2. Apply the action plan used in previous projects to prevent issues
3. Hold a product scope definition meeting with the client
4. Distribute the approved project charter
