Hi Julia,

Do remember that Quality Audits are targeted towards improving the processes/best practices. Therefore, while providing A) Work Results and B ) Measurements and Test Results is crucial to a Quality Check, they do very little for the benefits of a Quality Audit.

Hope this helps

Hi,
I found this question on Oliver F. Lehmann prep test (200 questions document):

116. A project customer and a contractor agreed on regular quality audits during execution by a third party audit team, which is working on an assignment for the customer.
What should the contractor have prepared for the audits?
o Work results
o Measurements and test results
o Quality documentation
o Contract-related correspondence

Correct answer is (C), Quality documentation, and it refers to PMBOK pages 294-295 where Audits are defined. In my opinion, a quality team could audit many things regarding the contractor work, so I don't completely understand why only answer (C) is correct, I believe answers (A) and ( B ) could be correct too.

Would like yo know your thoughts. Thanks!
Julia
