Prasad,

Unfortunately I don't have the answers to your questions.

This is something that only those people know who wrote the new version of the PMBOK Guide wrote. I was wondering exactly the same things as I read the new PMBOK Guide. This is just one of those moments when all you can do is "shrug your shoulders and move on".

I know that this is certainly not a satisfactory answer but it's the best that I can do. :unsure:

1. Why for Scope, Schedule and Cost there no process available to defined the Management plans, where all other knowledge areas, there are process, which results the respective management plan. Can you explain, how in the Develop Project management plan process we define these 3 management plans.

2. In Scope management knowledge area, do the organization culture and other factors do not play any role. If they then, we do not use Enterprise environmental factors in this KA, why.
