Hi, I am resubmitting project experience to PMI since they asked for more itemized experience. I wanted to see if I could get some feedback today from the PM Prepcast team, current PMP's or people who have passed the application process. I also wrote with the PMI handbook guidance and website suggestions in mind. Any feedback or suggestions would be great. For context, my experience covers over 4500 hours from 2012-2016. Experience 1: C_ Project Management: Database implementation for Community College
Objective: Managed project work to implement new database at community college
IN: Project Charter approval, identified stakeholders, defined scope
PL: Developed project management plan, collected requirements, defined scope
EX: Led cross functional meetings, managed communications
MC: Ensured quality deliverables through verifications, controlled communications, quality checklists and stakeholder engagement
C: Archived records, collated lessons learned, closed project
Outcome: Deliverables accepted, customer satisfaction measured and obtained

Experience 2: C_ Project Management: New Unit Website Creation for Labor Union
Objective: Managed project work for new Labor-Faith unit and created new website
IN: Project Charter approval, identified stakeholders
PL: Assess project work needs, collected requirements for website, defined scope
