Harry Elston	Alex: AT - Above Target BT - Below Target T - Target NI - Needs Improvement. BT and NI are what you really, really want to avoid. Although you can overcome a few BTs, it's very difficult to overcome NIs. Good luck, Harry

BT and NI are what you really, really want to avoid. Although you can overcome a few BTs, it's very difficult to overcome NIs.
