Hello! I just started prepping for the PMP exam and I’ve been seeing these abbreviations pop up when people talk about their scores: AT, BT, T, and NI.

Just trying to understand how the scoring works before I get deeper into practice exams.

Thanks!

Alex:

AT - Above Target
BT - Below Target
T - Target
NI - Needs Improvement.

BT and NI are what you really, really want to avoid. Although you can overcome a few BTs, it's very difficult to overcome NIs.

Good luck,

Harry
