Sharon, it looks like your question posted 3 times so I’ve deleted the others so you get all the replies in this thread instead of split across three. I took that to mean if you are aware that you can propose changes if it’s not feasible to meet the requirements or the plan, so you can get the project back on track to deliver.
L08.03: Control Quality - Part 1 at 08:30 of the class. It was if we are not performing to the project plan we need to propose changes. Are they saying instead of trying to meet the requirement, change it? Not sure what changes are we suppose to to propose
