Devin	I mean project documents that are generally NOT under configuration management, NOT baselined. The issue log and risk register I call transactional because we are always adding, updating, deleting from them on a daily basis. Stakeholder register is another project document that can generally be added to at will by the PM. Hope this helps.

I mean project documents that are generally NOT under configuration management, NOT baselined. The issue log and risk register I call transactional because we are always adding, updating, deleting from them on a daily basis.

Stakeholder register is another project document that can generally be added to at will by the PM.

Devin	This risk register, issue log and other transactional non-controlled documents may be added to without a CR. Hope this helps.
