TOPIC: Change Request to update EEF, OPA and Project Documents

Hi All, Mine understanding is that UPDATES to EEF, OPA's, Project Documents DO NOT need a change request. Is mine understanding correct ?

Right!
CR is required only for Project Management Plan and it's Components.
Refer Table 4-1 of PMBOK. All 18 Project Management Plan's component , after approval, need CR for modification. The 33 documents mentioned in same table do not need CR.
EEF by definition itself may be outside the authority of Project Manager and/or various stakeholders and hence, of course outside the authority of CCB too.
OPAs also dont need CR.

BTW did you know that Requirement Management Plan is also known as Business Analysis Plan.
