Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that you have experiencing technical issues during your exam. Unfortunately I cannot share any similar experience, so my only recommendation is to contact Pearson VUE and/or PMI to see how to proceed with your exam and possibly reschedule. However, be prepared for longer wait times. I was never able to reach out to them via chat, but always got a reply by e-mail within a few days.

Hello

I am wondering if PMI/Pearson onVUE will reschedule my exam or not. I had an issue during the check in process, where the proctor did not see on the video stream! We tried to do the troubleshooting with no luck!
I had already run the system test, and it was all working fine.

Did anyone face this issue before?
