Hi, In case the question says that you are the PO and you need to prioritize the story, then on what basis we should select one. Is there a method to convert both value and risk to a common factor and evaluate which is higher?

Hi Nidhi. Depends how the story is prioritized by the Product Owner. For the exam, remember the Product Owner determines the priority for the team. Once the team commits to the stories during Iteration Planning, the team will ideally work on the more complex stories first so as to minimize risk by discovering technical challenges early on and adjust course as required.

Assuming a hypothetical scenario where we can pick one story out of two - A and B for the current iteration. A delivers high value (assuming it is the next in value among all the others already selected so we cant remove any other) . B is based on a high risk story.
Question - which one should be picked.
