A delivers high value (assuming it is the next in value among all the others already selected so we cant remove any other) . B is based on a high risk story. Question - which one should be picked. For the exam, remember the Product Owner determines the priority for the team. Once the team commits to the stories during Iteration Planning, the team will ideally work on the more complex stories first so as to minimize risk by discovering technical challenges early on and adjust course as required. Nidhi Kohli Topic Author Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 9 Thank you received: 0 Hi, In case the question says that you are the PO and you need to prioritize the story, then on what basis we should select one. Is there a method to convert both value and risk to a common factor and evaluate which is higher? Your e-mail address will never be displayed on the site.
