Hi All,
i passed my exam on Wednesday.

Materials used:
1. PMBOK Guide (Got a free copy by becoming a PMI member)
2. PMP Exam prep by Rita Mulcahy (Excellent prep materials)
3. PM PrepCast (Bought it and never regretted)

Lessons Learnt
1. Not necessary to memorize all the ITTO's. Just understand what each one is. the exam test knowledge not memorization.
2. Not even sure if there is a need to memorize all processes from each
knowledge area. understand what each process is and why we should apply it . .

My Study Approach.
1. the PMBOK guide the 2x. on the first pass, read it alone, then read chapter VS chapter with RITA on the second pass. e.g. If i read time managemnt in the PMBOK, i read Time managemnt in RITA.

2. Listened to the PM Prep cast, 2 episodes a day. one in the morning on my way
to work and the other on my way back home.

3. i repeated some episodes to supplinent areas where sample test score showed
that i was not doing well . use SWOT to know my weaknesses.

4. Answered a lot of free online questions (please note some of these questions
are poorly structured though e.g. bad english etc)

i schedule my exam and wrote withing 2 weeks. in all i used about 3 months to
prepare.

To sum it up all, i never regret spending $200 on Rita + PrepCast. i believe this is money well spent.

Good luck to all aspirants.
