Hi All,
I have passed the PMP exam successfully in my first attempt.
if I have one advise for any one planning fro the exam, It will be 'treat your PMP endeavors as a real project :
- Initiation: define your requirements and collect information from the community and friends.
- Planning: plan when you can start and finish your study plan, when can you take the exam.
- Executing: make sure to stick to your plan.
- Monitoring and controlling: monitor your progress and adjust the plan carfully using change requests :)
- Closure: make sure to share your learned lessons :)

Below are some points that may help as well:
- Start with a well defined achievable study plan that have a start and end date.
- Schedule your exam early as this will help you stick to your study plan.
- Monitor your progress and reward yourself for following the plan :).
- Reflect what you study on your real experience.
- Take notes while you study, it will be your best resource for the final reviews.
- Seek experience from your friends and community.
- Practice on sample exam questions before the real exam.
- Follow Cornelius advises some are below:
○ Practice
○ Understand the concepts and don't memorize.
○ Plan for the exam day and have a good sleep the night of the exam.

Regarding study materials I would suggest:
- "Head First PMP" book it is really brain friendly.
- The "PMP Prep Cast" is very helpful and detailed as well. It is structured the same way as the PMBOK guide it will help you understand the topics for the exam.

Good luck everybody :)
