Absolutely not. Bribes and gifts above customary tokens of appreciation/recognition (i.e. lunch, coffee mug, plaque) are forbidden. They are considered a violation of PMI's Code of Ethics.

Bribe, even if customary, is a big NO. Sometime a token gift/a customary lunch is okay but only if mentioned specifically that it's a token (small value) gift.

And are assumptions to be considered in risk planning?
