Wondering if I'm allowed to resell my PMP simulator package if I don't need it anymore.

Dan,

I believe that the End User License Agreement allows only you to use it. To resell it may cause an ethical issue.

From a practical perspective, however, who would purchase a product that has an end of life close to the purchase date? I wouldn't - so you may find there are few buyers for a soon-to-expire product.
