Hi Conrad,

I used a MacBook to take the online exam and I had no technical issues at all. I ran the system test a couple times the week of the exam to be sure and test day everything went smoothly. My check-in process started on time, identification was accepted, I did the tutorial and then the exam began.

Hi Conrad,

same experience as Sarah described for the online exam with a Mac: everything went smooth, no issues experienced during the system test or the check-in process.
One thing I did was turning notifications off, and activate the "do not disturb" mode... just in case
