i was going through some simulation question and got stuck with one i have attached. Answer is option B but if option A is changed to " Update the issue logs" ( with resolution is removed from option) should we still go for option B or now we should update the issue log and then go for option B why why diagram....?

YES, We dont know what is the problem in the conveyor belt is Therefore we cannot provide the Resolution. The ideal way is do Why - Why analysis , find the root cause first. As you said, if the answer is only Update the Issue log , it mmake sense to choose this , since we need to capture all the problems in the issue log first .Hope it helps
