On PMBOK page 435, in Figure 11-15, below EMV calculation of "Build New Plant" there is a parenthesis mentioning "before costs".
What does "before costs" mean? in Net Path Values it actually considers cost by subtracting investment($120M), so I think it should be "after costs".
Any suggestions?
