Check out the definition of "Claim" in the glossary on page 700. This happens, when a seller/buyer disagree not on the scope itself, but on who is supposed to PAY for it.
Good morning, I’m looking for example of what a claim against a project scope would be. I just don’t see how this could be a thing that either the buyer or seller would worry about. Why would the seller be worried or disagree with the buyer’s scope?
