says close project /phase is always the last process to perform....what does it mean..??
pmbok says process is done once or at predefined points.
pls explain

Hi Archana,

All projects should be closed out. The last project management process performed for all projects should be the Close Project or Phase process. This is true even if the project is terminated before completion. If a project is broken down in phases, the Close Project or Phase process will be conducted at the end of each phase and at the end of the project.
