The PBMOK® Guide defines the project schedule as "an output of a schedule model that presents linked activities with planned dates, durations, milestones, and resources." Therefore, the project schedule may include resources assigned to specific activities.
project schedule consists of activities, planned start and end dates,dependencies...does it also have resource requirements which resource working on which activity.
schedule baseline means agreed upon time for activities/phases/milestones.
The fundamental difference between the schedule baseline and the project schedule is that the schedule baseline is a component of the project management plan whereas the project schedule is a project document. Once approved, the schedule baseline can only be modified with an approved change request. The project schedule will evolve continuously as the project progresses. Basically, the schedule baseline is static (once approved) and the project schedule is dynamic. The project schedule can be compared to the schedule baseline to identify discrepancies and make adjustments to keep the project schedule in alignment with the plan.
