For the current PMP exam , is it mandatory to read the practice & other standards as mentioned in page 537 of PMBOK 6 ?

Hi Ashvini,

Page 537 of the PMBOK® Guide just contains the references. You should not need to read all of the reference material in order to pass the exam. You should study the Exam Content Outline and the Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct in addition to the PMBOK® Guide. You may also want to read the Agile Practice Guide once or twice. Additionally, you will need to take a training course to get your required contract hours, a good study guide, and a good exam simulator. You may want to review the Lessons Learned section of this forum to get an idea of what others have used in the exam preparations.
