Cost Benefit Analysis and Benefit Cost Analysis are the same thing. Which is a systematic approach to estimating the strengths and weaknesses of alternatives used to determine options which provide the best approach to achieving benefits while preserving savings. If you mean project benefit analysis, the concepts under the project benefit analysis are as follows.

Payback Period
Return on Investment (ROI)
Opportunity cost
Net Present Value
Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR)
Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
Depreciation
Sunk Cost
