Hi Laura. I understand exam anxiety. There are a few things I would like to share and hope they will help you cope better
.
1) Have a song lyrics in your head that make you relax and happy. Don't get too cramped up with ITTOs or definition in your mind. You did average in the 70s, so you should be fine.
2) During the exams, take many deep breaths every now and then. Tell yourself "I got this!"
3) When reading questions (especially long ones), read the last sentence first because it is the actual question and then read the 4 answer choices. The answer choices give you clues on what to look out for in the question and usually you are able to eliminate 2 of them. Then go back and read the question carefully, pick up the key words and then select the right or best answer.
I know you are going to pass as long as you stay focus and relax. Sitting on the same seat for 4 hours is no joke but every now and then take deep breaths to release the tension. Do your best. You got this!
