Great many thanks in advance. title: Metro store Ontario distribution center project hours: in: 85 - 8% pl: 233 - 22% ex: 360 - 34% mc: 307 - 29% cl: 74 - 7% Objective: Deliver architectural project for a 450.000 sqf building in 3 phases Ph1: const. permit doc. Ph2: tender docs. Ph3: const. docs. Outcome: Successful completion of first 2 phases, currently working on phase 3. Role: As project manager, I’ve performed the tasks below and more: IN: Assessed avail. info. for high level assumptions, constraints and scope. PL: Prepared scope and schedule baselines. EX: Developed and managed the virtual and in-house teams, led the teams, directed work. MC: Performed change control. Controlled project progress based on schedule. CL: Submitted validated documents(deliverables) at the end of each phase. title: Espace Montmorency, 1.500.000 sqf mixed use building project (joint venture project) hours: in: 103 - 6% pl: 325 - 19% ex: 599 - 35% mc: 581 - 34 % cl: 103 - 6% Objective: Deliver fully coordinated architectural project for construction Outcome: Project terminated early. My company pulled out of joint venture. Role: As project manager in a joint venture, lead my company’s team and represented my company IN: Assisted in developing project charter.
