Please verify my understanding on CR steps:

a. Identification of change
b. Documentation of Change (Request) in the change log.
c. Impact analysis of changed.
d. Presentation of Change Request (CR) to Change Control Board (CCB)
e. The decision on CR by CCB
f. Update Changelog.
g. Communicate/Inform the decision to Stakeholders .
(If approved)
h. Implementation of Approved CR.

Need Clarification post (e)

Hi Paramjeet,

That is nicely written, I don't think there is anything wrong with it. Maybe you can add "Change log update to reflect the results of the implementation" at the end.

Cheers

I would add:
  • document issue in Issue log- assign person who/when/how look after the issue
Analyze the issue- whether or not issue become a change request
    then :
a. Identification of change
*** Submit Change request*** only related baselines/project management plan;
(If approved) *** also not approved needs to notify stakeholders as well***
h. Implementation of Approved CR.

Hello,
It is good I think.
I would add before h. :
update to plans, baselines, etc.
I would also add after h.:
conduct approved change request review and update with validated changes (Control Quality process)
