In which phase is the kickoff meeting established.

A. Planning
B. Executing

For small projects - Planning
For large projects - Executing

Hi Joe,

My follow up question is with reference to exam. In the exam, if there is no reference to type of project then one should select "Executing". Is that correct?

What kind of change requests may happen in Initiating process? This is new in Rita's Process Chart.

Unless otherwise specified, always assume that you are working on a large-scale project (200+ stakeholders, 1 year + timeline, 10 million + budget)
