TOPIC: Change Managment process

I have confused regard the change management process.

In last exam I have get “Low” in related to the change management process.

Can one support me and give me brief about the sequence of this process?

First of all, I would suggest studying the ITTO
1) Which processes have Change Requests as outputs
2) Which processes have Approved Change Requests as inputs

Secondly, understand how a change request is evaluated and processed in the Integrated Change Control process.

which come first between these:
- Update change log
- Change request
- Evaluate the change
