TOPIC: Project Documents that can be considered as inputs outputs

Dear community,

I was wondering for the exam if we have know all the documents in the Project documents in both inputs and outputs. it is almost impossible to remember all the items that will be included in the project document for all knowledge areas.

Example: for Direct and Manage Project Work
Inputs for project documents:
Change log
lessons learned register
Milestone list
project communication
project schedule
requirements traceability matrix
risk register
risk report

Output Project document update
Activity list
Assumption log
lesson learned register
requirements document
risk register
stakeholder register.

The list is quite big, and cannot be memorized for each knowledge area. This wasn't available in the 5th edition, it is included in 6th edit.
What is your advice and how much do we have to remember for the exam
