Hi All,
I passed the exam in Jan this year. So a huge load is off my shoulders.
But there was a concept in the PMBOK that i have searched all day for now, and can't find it. I need the official name of it.
I can't remember if it was a leadership concept, time management concept or what - but it was basically giving the team LESS time otherwise they would slack off and push the end date further. Something along those lines. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
Thanks
Su

From dictionary.com:

"Work expands to fill the time available for its completion. A proverb coined by the twentieth-century British scholar C. Northcote Parkinson, known as Parkinson's Law. It points out that people usually take all the time allotted (and frequently more) to accomplish any task."

Thanks Cornelius. Your forums are amazing.
I wish there was a spreadsheet with all these important yet easy to forget PMP terms that one could have for easy reference.
If there is such a thing, please let me know.
