Every Knowledge Area now features four new sections:
Key Concepts
Trends and Emerging Practices
Tailoring Considerations
Considerations for Agile/Adaptive Environments
I have not taken the new test but I would follow their guidelines - Considerations for Agile/Adaptive Environments which is in the new PMBOK.
