Does anyone know if the test will still be in English when it is taken abroad in Germany? If it would be in German, that would be an automatic fail for me! I am looking at either Frankfurt or Munchen.

The test is in English (I think it is always and everywhere in English, you can only get some help in the local language, but English is what counts)

You really should verify with PMI and the testing center you select. They would give you the definitive answer.
