TOPIC: PMP Application Project Experience

Hi, I am in the process of completing my experience and I have a questions about the best method of documenting. I have worked for an IT company for 3 years and I worked on several small projects at a time. Instead of listing every single project would it be acceptable if I had one entry for the time I was a Project Manager. All tasks and process was always the same for every single project.

A project has a definite beginning and end. You should be listing each project regardless if the framework was the same.
I listed every project regardless of time or similarity to meet the requirements of my PMP.
