TOPIC: PMP exam fee receipt from PIM

Hi all,
Need to get receipt to submit it to employer.
Checked under order history (After PMI login), I can see only membership receipt. Exam fee not there.
I talk to Prometri (I am located North america). They said I did not pay to them, so they sent me receipt with USD 0.0.
Already checked my credit card statement and I am sure and verified I paid to PMI for exam.
Please help me and let me know how to get receipt. Thanks, RC

Please contact PMI directly by writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. -- they should be able to support you with this request. Provide them as much information as you can (full name, member number, when and how much you paid, etc.).

As Cornelius said, you can reach out to PMI with all required information.

You can also try finding the exam fee receipt under Certifications - Order History.

After logging in, I clicked on certifications and then PMP. It said that I am already PMP certified and on the left tab, there is an order history option where you can see the exam fees you have paid. You also have an option to download the receipt. Hope this helps.
