I have exam on 24th MArch.
I think I'm not doing well in ITTOs
How can ITTOs be mastered in 3-4 weeks?

Memorized or understood?
I used flash cards a lot for this, but did not try to memorize it. It was constant familiarity. make sure you look in the PMBOK to see the patterns and the flow.
