TOPIC: PMP Audit Failed

My recent audit has been failed due to the flowing reason
"For all experiences submitted, the project domains (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing) and domain-specific deliverables are incomplete; the project management methodology used is unclear."

Please clarify If I can submit another project experience next time or if I submit same experience, whether I need to sign it from the manager again
I am planning to write exam before March 26
Please help

Did you apply and get the application rejected? Or was your application accepted then subjected to audit. Those are 2 different things.
