TOPIC: Only headers and footers print on the Module Assessments

I'm not sure if anyone else has run into this issue.
I am on a Mac and have never had an issue printing a PDF until I tried to print the Self Assessments. The only thing that prints is the header and footer. I have used different setting including Document & Markup, but still nothing but the header and footer print.
Please help.
