In the Achieve PMP Success book for CPM calculation it states that first day is Day 0 and the successor activity's ES is equal to the predecessor's EF. But in the PMPreCast it states that the first day as Day 1 and the successor activity's ES is equal to the predecessor's EF +1. Which method is accurate for the exam?

Also the Achieve PMP book has a question on Risk Attitude which is not in the PMBOK or the PMPreCast.
