@Steven Mudrinich, So won't we be expected to identify how to manage stakeholders? I've heard that one may be asked to identify how to manage a stakeholder based on the power-interest grid. Similarly, won't we be asked how to manage the different types of stakeholders based on the salience model?

Student,

In real life, of course there is. For the exam, you just need to understand the fundamental differences between the different types of models.

Hi All,

Is there a way to map the different stakeholders based on the salience model i.e. (Definitive, Dependent, Dangerous, Dominant, Demanding, Dormant, Discretionary) using the approach of the power/influence grid i.e. (Keep satisfied, Manage Closely, Monitor, Keep Informed)

for ex: Definitive stakeholders need to be Managed Closely
