TOPIC: help for writing 550 character project description

Greetings,
I am working as Sr. Quantity surveyor at UAE & preparing to submit PMP application
I need ur kind help for writing 550 character project description as the one which I writ looking far away from PMI language / terms.
I have writ the following:
project objectives:
Construction, testing & Completion of the overall Roads & Infrastructure works for a luxurious residential project ( Akoya by Damac -at Dubai Land )
Role,deliverables and outcomes ,
Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors, Early requirements, Insurance, Bank Guaranties ,Interim Payments , Final account, Variation and Claims, Sub-Contractor & Suppliers Agreements / Payments, Reports, Budget, Cash flow ,Cost Control & cost analysis, Extension of Time, Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
