Sorry, too many actions in one question. First, any time you see a question that has ALL inclusive terms - it's just a bad question. The correct answer would be "It depends."
If corrective and defect repair is because of issues within the design then most likely yes a CR is needed. If it's because a work didn't follow the work instructions, then No CR is needed. I would review Pg 353 or the PMBOK Guide. If the question is about contingency and workarounds, yes a CR is needed.

Hello everyone,

Quick question about change requests that I'm very confused about.

Do ALL corrective, preventative, and defect repair actions from the PM REQUIRE going through integrated change control process (i.e. need a change request)? (including those that does not impact baseline and impact baselines).
