Hello all,

I am having some trouble on determining when a particular PERT formula should be used. What tips/tricks/hints can I use to determine which is the right PERT formula to use?

Triangular Distribution (Simple Average) (P+O+M)/3
Beta Distribution (Weighted Average) (P+4M+O)/6
Beta Activity Standard Deviations P-O/6
