TOPIC: Agile Prep cast tutorials not organised in domains

Hello ,
As I see now that the agile prep case tutorials are not organised as per domains and when I use the ancillary book by Mike Griffiths to study for PMI-ACP , I see that the chapters are organised as per domain. Now my questions is how does one use the videos and chapter domains as defined in Mike Griffiths together?

Also I wanted to know what does 90 day bundle access mean? I believe once the podcasts are downloaded via itunes I can access them as long as I have them saved on my PC right ?. Thanks
