in the PM_PrepCast_Student_Workbook_v1.10.pdf there is a mistake below “L05.06 - Control Scope”:

wrong:

• “First we need to execute a variance analysis by comparing the project management plan, configuration management plan, and change management plan against our scope baseline.”

correct:

• “First we need to execute a variance analysis by comparing the project management plan (scope baseline, configuration management plan, change management plan) against our work performance data.”

Reason:

• The scope baseline is part of the project management plan.
